"Our beloved (and poor decision-making) family indoor cat, got outside and got herself stuck in the VERY top of a very tall tree. Approximately 60 feet up. After anxiously waiting 24 hours, we realized she wouldn't come down without help. Precision Tree Service came out right away and rescued our cat. Was very impressed at how quickly they climbed the tree. The branches were getting thin near the top but they patiently worked with our cat and had her safely down, much to the relief of our crying children. The gentleman tied himself in and ended up hanging by his legs to safely grab her, insert her in the carrier and lower her with a rope. I was very impressed. The cat is grateful. And so are we. Very professional, courteous, excellent communication, and competitive pricing. Highly recommended."
